Some services we offer involve mutual scheduling of suitable times, dates and places.

This scheduling will be done in conjunction with you, the client, to ensure that the timing and location are convenient and that the mentor, coach or consultant is able to be present.

Should it be impossible to arrange a suitable time and date and no alternative method of delivery can be agreed, then a full refund shall be given of any funds in relation to the non-deliverable part of the order that were already paid.

Should the scheduling restrictions be caused by the client then a refund of any funds paid minus bank and handling charges incurred by Conceptable Ltd in relation to the non-deliverable part of the order shall still be given.

Cancellations of orders following the agreement of a schedule shall be 50% non-refundable. In the case where non-refundable or non-amendable travel arrangements had already been approved and made, the client shall be responsible for paying these.
